Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

US Shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions of the goods being shipped. (excluding kits and bundles, which are already discounted).

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday), with a cut-off time of 6 PM ET for all orders. We utilize USPS, UPS deliveries, with transit times within the US averaging 2-6 business days. Please note that weather and holidays may impact delivery times.

If an item is out of stock, but on its way to our warehouse, we will continue to deliver, with potential delays in shipping.

In the unlikely event that a package is lost or missing, 2Cute Nails is not liable for incorrect addresses provided during checkout. However, if we mistakenly send an order to the wrong destination, we will take full responsibility to resend the order at no additional charge.

Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5-8 business days (Mon to Fri).

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of the order

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES:

 2Cute Nails is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing the order. If for some reason we mistakenly sent an order to the wrong destination, we take full responsibility to resend the order at no additional charge but it usually happens very rarely since our shipping system automatically catches provided shipping address by the customer.

Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
